Technical consultancy, providing troubleshooting services to rapidly resolve system-wide issues

After the implementation of a new order management solution, Smiths Medical identified some specific issues which needed rapid resolution. I provided expert consultancy services to the project to resolve the list of key issues which had a severe impact on the system operation, over the course of less than a month. I was recognised for my ability to rapidly turn around the solutions to the problems to minimise the negative impact on the business, which I delivered early and under budget.
